4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through third-party, PCI-compliant payment providers. Bdaxue does not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.

5. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms:

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $6.99 for domestic orders
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated Transit Time: 2–6 business days
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Bdaxue is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund practices are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key points include:

  • Return Window: 60 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags
  • Refund Processing: Within 7 business days after inspection
  • Restocking Fees: None
  • Refund Method: Original payment method only

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Orders that have already entered processing or shipment may not be modified or canceled.
